The National Park Service is expecting a ten- percent increase in visitors in 2011, 

which may be in part to Americans looking for a more affordable vacation option.

Aside from the bargain, choosing to go camping can provide a great opportunity

to see and visit one of the many National or State Parks that offer camping,

hiking, canoeing, and several have their own permanent museum as well.

There are a number of ways to enjoy the great outdoors whether you choose

a tent, r.v., cabin, or simply sleep under the stars in your sleeping bag.

Many parks may require a reservation, so you may want to plan your

next visit in advance. Oh, and of course, don't forget the marshmallows.
