The Bourne Legacy Movie Review

   The Bourne Legacy is the latest installment in

the highly successful Bourne franchise.

Jeremy Renner steps in to play Aaron Cross who,

like Bourne, is part of a secret operation, this one

entitled "Operation Outcome."

  Retired Col. Erik Byer (Edward Norton) has decided

to terminate all participants in Operation Outcome.

   Aaron Cross survives a drone attack and soon 

realizes he has been targeted for termination. Like

Cross, all scientist and research personnel must be

eliminated.  Dr. Marta Shearing ( Rachel Weisz) the 

lone survivor of the science team is soon joined by

Cross. They both quickly learn they need each other to survive.

    Jeremy Renner demonstrates that intense action, and

physical demands are part of his repertoire and

provides the audience a memorable thrill-ride.

The Bourne Legacy is a good action movie and the 

cast is superb, but fans of the franchise may find

themselves asking, "Where is Bourne?"
