Total Recall Movie Review

    Total Recall is an action packed,

futuristic adventure.  Although lacking the

starpower of Arnold Schwarzenegger, the cast

does a better than average job with a plot that

is somewhat convoluted at times.

  A company named Rekall provides its clients with

implanted fake memories. After a visit to Rekall,

Douglas Quaid/Hauser believes he is a spy. His

character must find what is real and what is Rekall.

The movie has decent special-effects and loads of

action.  Kate Beckinsale is one hell-of-a-bad-ass and

her character, Lori Quaid, is in the relentless pursuit

of Hauser.

  One can say the original is better or try to make 

a comparison; however they are both uniquely different

and define their own time.

Total Recall is not a must see movie, but provides some

good pop-corn munching escapism.
