  Battleship is a grand attempt at making a

movie based on the popular board game. 

  The film is typical of most modern action

movies, loaded with special effects, good

versus bad and poor dialogue.

   The story is about an alien invasion and the 

U.S. Navy defending the world.

 Battleship is apocalyptic action and corny dialogue

combined with a weak story. 

Battleship offers mindless escapism for those

less interested in a solid story. You may find

yourself saying " I've seen this before, but done 

better."

If you think Battleship is a must see, we recommend you

wait for the rental.
